In 2006, I launched The Well Done Experience with my mom, Berti Freed. Our mission was to encourage and inspire everyone to access their creative potential, whether or not they believed themselves to be capable. Our classes were about more than just technical instruction - we wanted our students to understand and feel the joy, confidence and relaxation that comes from creating something beautiful with their own hands. Over the course of a decade we taught, lectured and demonstrated bead crochet at countless events in the United States and abroad.

Our How-To guide, originally published by St. Martin's Press in 2012,  provides step-by-step instruction as well as comprehensive information about materials and tools, as well as the tips and tricks that will take you from novice to pro. Detailed instructions accompany 27 unique designs, and various musings throughout are meant to enlighten and inspire.
